The children’s dance festival

The People’s artist of Russia, the laureate of the Russian state prize, the prima ballerina of The Bolshoi Theater, Svetlana Zakharova, presented the first children’s dance festival “Svetlana”. It took place on March 24, 2015, in the concert hall “Russia” of the sport palace “Luzhniki”. 400 children from many corners of Russia performed on the stage and more than 4000 spectators applauded them. Different styles were presented: classic ballet, folk, pop and modern dances, jazz-modern, contemporary and many others. The TV channel “Cultura” telecasted this wonderful show for millions of dance art fans on 1 May.
